THIS weeks paper brings you all the results and updates across the Borough to keep you up to date on the going ons in your local clubs.

If we start from the back and move our way in, Coleraine are back in action this Saturday at Solitude to take on Cliftonville after what could only be described as a timely break, there's no rest for the Bannsiders as they play host to Larne on the Tuesday and on the road again on the weekend To Crusaders. Peter McClay, the head coach at Team Ryano Causeway cements his place in history after becoming the first ever BJJ black belt in Coleraine.

Football

Limavady United closed the gap after a late draw against Loughgall on Saturday that makes it 32 points a piece between them and league leaders Annagh United, the Roesiders host Ards this weekend - a side they had a convincing victory over early into the season. Uncertainty looms at Portstewart FC, with double departures from managerial staff, leaving them with a interim manager heading into this weekends fixture against Ballyclare Comrades - Portstewart also suffered a defeat against St James' Swifts which knocked them out of the IFA Intermediate Cup.

GAA

Derry got a unexpected bonus after they draw Meath in the National Football League Division Two next season. The Derry Colleges score impressive wins after St Mary's defeated St Joseph' and St Patrick's Maghera defeated St Patrick's Cavan.

Golf

It was a busy week across the courses as more turkey's were up for grabs at Portstewart and Rathmore GC, Ladies Prize Day saw a slot of silverware handed out to the Lady golfers. The Gerald Bradley Memorial Cup was held on Sunday followed by a prize presentation at the Top House for the cup winner Kieran Bradley and visitor's cup winner Ciaran Carville.

Rugby

The Coleraine 1XI's move into the Gordon West Cup semi final after defeating PSNI 22-12, while the 2's suffered a defeat to Rainey at Sandelford Lodge.

General

There was more awards handed out to club members as Springwell RC celebrated their members who performed across the Season - home and away. Churchlands Golden Gloves held a great display of local boxing on Friday night in the Bushtown Hotel. Honda Racing are revving their engines early as they make a return to this years North West 200 with Dean Harrison and John McGuinness leading the way.
