Derry open their National League campaign this weekend after a positive Dr McKenna Cup.

The Dr McKenna Cup proved beneficial for Derry boss Ciaran Meenagh and his players.

Conor McCluskey suffered a serious looking leg injury in a collision with the Antrim goalkeeper and is a doubt for Wednesday night.

Derry and Ulster champions Glenullin came up short in their bid to win the All Ireland club title.

Glenullin go in search of a first All Ireland title on Sunday.
