Instonians 0-2 Coleraine
A GOAL in each half gave Coleraine all three points at Instonians.
Coleraine started the brighter with the midfield of Ruby Caddoo, Kia McCartney and Gracie McNally controlling the play.
It was McNally who broke the deadlock intercepting a ball in the press, breaking into the circle and beating three defenders before slotting home.
Caddoo went close with a penalty corner reverse hit and narrowly wide.
The second half Coleraine kept the Shaws Bridge side to breakaways and in Ella Campbell.
Erin Hart, Karis McIntyre and Beth Monaghan the defence was well marshalled.
Coleraine made the game safe five minutes from the end with a penalty corner, Karis McIntyre's drag flick was saved by the goal keeper but Ruby Caddoo picked up the rebound and calmly pushed the ball in the corner of the net to give a 2-0 win and consolidate a third place in Senior 1.
This week Coleraine entertain league leaders Dungannon 2.30pm.
