In memory of Mac O'Neill

Jason Quigley, Portrush FC Youths receives a £2,570 cheque from Daisy O’Neill and Lauren Quigley, from the Darkness into Light project, in memory of Mac O’Neill outside Kelly’s Portrush.

Thomas ‘Mac’ O'Neill (23) was a beloved young man from Portrush who tragically died in a single-vehicle car crash on an icy Ballybogey Road in January 2021.

A talented rugby player and popular local figure, his memory is honored annually through memorial walks and fundraising, including support for Portrush FC Youths.

Included in the picture is Lorraine Loughrey, Kelly’s Food and Beverage Manager, who provide the breakfast during the annual walks.
