A CONCERNED Coleraine resident has spoken out about the deteriorating road conditions outside her home on Bushmills Road.

Patricia Kennan, who moved to the area in February, says she has become increasingly frustrated by several potholes near the rear of her property, which she believes are causing damage to her car.

“At first it didn’t bother me, but they’ve got a lot bigger.
“Last week, when I was driving out from the back, a part of the underside of my car actually came off. I try to go slowly over them, but it’s hard to avoid the damage.”

“I’ve spoken to some of the other residents, and there seems to be an ongoing debate about who actually owns the road and who should be looking after it.”
