A report on the key steps to revitalise Coleraine makes the front page of this week's Chronicle which is out in the shops today.

Local business owners have had their say on what should be done for the general area to the administrators of a £20m regeneration fund.

Also on the front page we report on how a woman has appeared in court accused of the murder of Ballymoney man Patrick Douglas who died after a flat fire in Main Street in Ballymoney on Tuesday.

A stunning picture of Portstewart Strand features on the front of the paper as well and a report inside on how it has been named as the best beach in the UK after a survey by the Sunday Times.

The Chronicle really has all the best human interest stories as well this week - how a Portrush man is stepping out in a 400 mile charity challenge in memory of his mother; how a Portrush man has written a book about his move to Tuscany and how a Portstewart fisherman has caught an incredibly rare orange lobster - for the fourth time!

And we have the top hard news of the day - we report how a Guildford Four appeal expert has declined to aid double murderer Hazel Stewart's latest court appeal; MLAs are set to take action over dilapidated buildings, particularly relevant for the run-down buildings at Lansdowne in Portrush and how a local councillor has said he has no regrets about switching parties after a row over an MLA seat took another turn this week.

We also have the very latest news from Cloonavin and the local courts and our popular Community Forum pages this week feature Boveedy Springwell Club, Appletree Childcare and Ballysally Summer Festival.

Coming up to the marching season we have eight pages looking forward to the Twelfth this Saturday and looking back with pictures from the local Somme parades and services and we have two pages of pictures from the Ulster University summer graduations in Coleraine.

When you take in 17 packed pages of sport, it is a paper you will not want to miss so go and grab your very own personal copy and find out what's been happening right across the Causeway Coast and Glens this week.
