Garvagh Pipe Band tunes up for the next century

GARVAGH Pipe Band which was founded in 1925 took a big step into their next century with a dedication service for a new uniform in the scenic woodland setting of the former High School.
The service of dedication on Saturday, 21 June, was conducted by former band member the Reverend Neil Stewart and the Reverend Mark Donald of 1st Garvagh Presbyterian Church.
Band members were presented with new Glengarries by former band member Mrs Emily Welsh, assisted by Miss Ella Kelly.
