THE son of a former Coleraine businessman has honoured his late father’s memory by continuing to raise funds for Brainwaves NI.
Josh Coulter has turned his grief into hope by taking on significant physical challenges to honour his father, Ricky Peoples, who passed away earlier this year.
Josh has pledged to 10K (6.2 miles) every day throughout May, a task that’s both physically and emotionally demanding, but one that keeps him connected to his father’s memory in a meaningful way.
He first ran the Belfast Marathon in tribute to his father last year, alongside family friend Nicky Jordan and her sister Rebecca, in support of Brainwaves NI, a charity that Ricky held close to his heart.
Brainwaves NI is Northern Ireland’s only volunteer led brain tumour research and support charity, providing services to children and adults with brain tumours since 1994.
