‘Save Lansdowne Crescent from dereliction and decay’

PORTRUSH Heritage Group has made an impassioned plea for action over the “dereliction and decay” afflicting a landmark Victorian terrace.

The state of the once-grand row of buildings in Lansdowne Crescent has prompted members to produce a film laying bare the dilapidation.

The video shows members Jade Thorne and Claire Rainey call on the owners of the properties to begin repairs or redevelopment.

And they ask the council to insist renovations live up to the grand vision of the men who built the terrace more than 100 years ago.
