Charlie Nesbitt will return to the Sunflower Races, aiming to secure a third consecutive victory.
The 24-year-old rider from Swindon will race for the MasterMac Honda team.
Dan Brook will also join the team, and a third rider, yet to be confirmed, will complete the line-up for the Hawk Race Team, who have been strong supporters of this prestigious event in recent years.
Nesbitt, along with Richard Kerr and David Allingham, provided an exciting three-way contest for the Sunflower Trophy last year.
More details about this year's event will be shared in the coming two weeks.
The Sunflower Trophy races will take place at Bishopscourt on Friday and Saturday, October 24-25.
Weekend admission is £30, with free entry for under-16s.
