A Q&A panel featuring Coleraine manager Ruaidhri Higgins and chief executive Dale Pryde-Macdonald was held in the Social Club at Coleraine FC on Thursday evening.
The night of questions offered supporters the opportunity to hear directly from the club’s leadership on a wide range of topics relating to both the present position of the Bannsiders and their ambitions for the future.
The event, which attracted a strong turnout from supporters, was hosted by the club’s Media and Communications Officer Johnny McNabb, who guided the discussion and presented a series of questions to both panel members throughout the evening.
With a packed Social Club in attendance, Higgins and Pryde-Macdonald spoke openly about several key issues surrounding the club, including the direction of the first team, recruitment strategy and the work that continues behind the scenes to strengthen the club’s structure.
The discussion also touched on broader topics such as plans for development at The Showgrounds, the importance of strengthening links within the local community and the club’s long-term vision both on and off the pitch.
Supporters were also given the opportunity to raise questions of their own during the evening, leading to further discussion on subjects ranging from youth development and facilities to the wider landscape of football in Northern Ireland.
The evening provided a valuable insight into the thinking of both the manager and the club’s chief executive, while also allowing supporters to engage directly with the leadership team as the club continues to look ahead to the next phase of its development.
