IT’S straight back into action for Coleraine FC and Limavady United as they prepare for tonight’s North West Senior Cup semi-final clash.

Both sides came out the victors in their respective leagues on Saturday, with the Bannsiders defeating Ballymena United on the road, and Limavady toppling Ards at Clandeboye Park.

Coleraine manager Ruaidhri Higgins spoke ahead of tonight’s match against Limavady, saying:
“We’ve used the squad a lot this week, we have some niggles so you’ll see a lot of really young talented players.”

Limavady boss Paul Owens gave his perspective on welcoming the Bannsiders over the mountain, adding:
“This’ll be our second week of mid-week games so we’re carrying a few aches - but it is what it is.
“We’ll do a head count and there will be players that are going to be given that opportunity.
“We’ll be very youthful - we have Annagh on Saturday and that’s the priority.
“ And I have no doubt that Coleraine are thinking the same.
“They have a big League game themselves on Saturday,” added Owens.
