Local coach Chris Gregg encourages people to embrace the spirit of Christmas, while not completely forgetting about fitness goals.
THE festive season is upon us - and it's time to put some weight on!
That's the view of local strength and conditioning coach Chris Gregg.
It may not be what you might expect to hear from a fitness expert but, according to the No Pain No Gain gym owner, it's simply a realistic attitude.
"Like I tell all my clients and class goers, December is not the month to be smashing targets," he says.
"Don't go mad on the Quality Streets but don't beat yourself up for indulging a little extra this month."
