DERRY resume their Dr McKenna Cup campaign with a trip to the Lakeland county this weekend.

The Oak Leafers travel to Fermanagh knowing that only a win - and a good one at that - will be enough to see them progress in the competition.

However, they will find the Erne side a difficult enough proposition under the management of former player Rory Gallagher.

Fermanagh drew with Ulster University in their opening game while Derry went down to Tyrone after fading in the second half.

The match is likely to be played at Derrygonnelly owing to ongoing work taking place at Brewster Park in Enniskillen.
