IT'S rare these days to find a manager lasting more than a season or two in any sport.

So, step forward Sean McGoldrick and Sean McLaughlin.

The 'Two Seans,' as they are more commonly known, look set to embark on an 18th year in charge of Eoghan Rua Coleraine in the 2019 season.

It's an incredible stat - even moreso when one considers that the pair have helped guide the north coast club to unprecedented success.

Derry and Ulster Intermediate football champions ten years ago they have also guided Coleraine to two Derry Senior Football Championship titles - in 2010 and again this year.

Theirs is a story of dedication, commitment and no little skill - with, hopefully, more to come.

To read more about Coleraine's hopes for next year and all the latest managerial goings-on check out the GAA coverage in this week's Chronicle.
